In this first module, you will:

• Discover what kinesiology is, where it comes from, and how it can be used to treat various issues;
• Understand how it helps people to restore balance;
• Study in detail how to take all the necessary precautions;
• Understand the importance of muscle testing and John Thie’s work, Touch for Health, as the basis for all sessions;
• Learn how a session is conducted.

In this second module, you will:

• Study the principles of Chinese medicine (qi, yin, yang, meridians, etc.);
• Review basic anatomical concepts (the skeleton, the spine, etc.);
• Focus on posture, alignment, and structure;
• Learn about the pretests and preliminary exercises;
• Study the five pre-tests (hydration, muscle sedation, energy field, overload, and midline crossing).

In this third module, you will:

• Understand what the health triangle is and the basic Touch for Health session;
• Be introduced to three additional techniques (zip-up, switching, and atrial energy rebalancing);
• Learn the Emotional Stress Release Technique (ESR);
• Master the correspondences between meridians and primary and secondary muscles;
• Begin a detailed study of the meridians and associated muscles (they will appear two by two in each module). Each time, you will learn about the path, connection with physiology, metaphors, correction points, foods, or keywords;
• Study the conception vessel and governor vessel meridians in detail.

In this third module, you will:

• Learn about testing the 14, 28, and 42 muscles;
• Become familiar with the spinal reflex technique;
• Study the neuro-lymphatic points and neuro-vascular points;
• Discover acupressure techniques;
• Study the stomach and spleen meridians in detail.

In this fifth module, you will:

• Learn how to use circuit location;
• Discover each meridian’s alarm points, as well as the concepts of emptiness and excess;
• Integrate time and energy laws, the wheel of the 14 meridians/muscles, and the cycle of the five elements;
• Understand the steps of a comprehensive session;
• Study in detail the heart and small intestine meridians.

In this sixth module, you will:

• Study the acupressure points and how they are defined;
• Understand how to work on toning and sedating the meridians;
• Examine in detail the bladder and kidney meridians.

In this seventh module, you will:

• Make the connection between kinesiology and learning methods by studying Brain Gym and Kinesthetic Education;
• Discover exercises to use for learning and for releasing specific stresses, including PACE (Positive, Active, Clear, and Energetic) techniques;
• Study in detail the meridians of the master heart and the triple heater.

In this eighth module, you will:

• Establish the links between brain function, stress, and emotion through the introduction of the One Brain;
• Discover additional techniques to detach stress from emotion;
• Study in detail the gallbladder and liver meridians.

In this ninth and final module, you will:

• Learn how to associate the meridians with each emotion;
• Study in detail the meridians of the lung and the large intestine;
• Review everything learned throughout the course;
• Be provided with website links and bibliographical references to deepen your understanding;
• Assess your knowledge with a multiple-choice final exam.
